Covid Safe Events
We want to reassure you that the health and safety of our staff and guests is our highest priority, now more than ever. We’ve implemented new procedures to ensure future events are safe and enjoyable experiences, in addition to our company-wide policy.
The Park will continue to comply with all government restrictions including limited capacities in each enclosed space, and maintaining social distancing practices.
In an effort to provide you with further peace of mind, we’d like to share a few of the ways we are adapting to keep our guests safe, while still maintaining the high standard we pride ourselves on.
Should you have any questions or concerns about a particular aspect of your upcoming event, or want to know more about how restrictions may impact the function & events space – our friendly team would love to chat to you.
Guest arrival – Prior to the event, guests will be provided with instructions on the check-in process and increased access points to allow for social distancing. An additional 30-minute arrival period will be offered to encourage staggered entry to the venue.
Drinks on arrival – There will be at least two drink stations situated at least 2m apart on the balcony for arrival beverage, each with a dedicated beverage attendent. Drink top ups will be offered with bottle service only.
Hygiene Officer – A dedicated safety & hygiene officer will be provided at every event. The officer will be responsibile to sanitize various touch points in the venue twice during the course of the event.
Canapes – Each guest will be served their own selection of canapes in an individual box. These boxes will be handed to each guest and guests will not be allowed to change items within boxes. All guests with dietary requirements will receive their own box on request.
Food Stations & Individual Portions – A chef which will create a live station atmosphere, to replace all self-service food stations. Each station will have individual serves prepared on bamboo bowls/plates to reduce queues and handling. The chef will be able to assist with any special dietary requests. Communal items, such as central bread baskets, will instead be served as individual portions.
Shared platters e.g. fruit/antipasto – The size of these platters will be reduced with more, smaller portions delivered to each table designed for up to 6 people.
